• How long do orders take? Orders are usually received in about a week, give or take a few days. Check out our Terms of Service for more details.
• Do I need a business license to get started?Each state has different requirements. Go to (your state).gov to check. Some states may not require a business license until you have sold a minimum dollar amount. For example: In TN you can make up to $3,000 before being required to purchase a business license. A business license usually cost under $30. An LLC is not recommended until you have made over $10,000.
• Do I have to start a business?No, you can use our products for personal use, party favors, fundraising, gift giving, and much more. The options are endless!
• How many tubes can a pouch fill? Each pouch can fill up to 12 of our clear transparent tubes, and up to 16 of our pretty lip gloss tubes. Use this Equation: 100mL divided by (mL of your lip gloss tube) = number of tubes you can fill. 100ml pouch / 10ml tubes = 10 tubes can be filled.
• What is the shelf life? The shelf life is 6 months. Discard if the color or flavor changes. Keep out of direct sunlight. Sunlight may cause oxidation and the green colored grapeseed oil to separate. Discard if irritation occurs. 
• Do I have to include a list of ingredients? 
  Yes, the FDA requires that you have certain information on cosmetic products including but not limited to: what the product is, the ingredients in the product, the volume or weight of the product, and the name and address of the distributor. • Does the flavor have a taste? No. Our flavor oils do not have added sweetener. We use flavor oils because they are lip safe. Without sweetener, like most things, the flavor will not have a taste.
