Even though the MBV Bulk Lip Gloss Base Pouch can already fill your lip gloss tubes directly from the pouch, having the MBV Lip Gloss Syringe & Pipette Bundle on hand can provide additional peace of mind. Use our Syringe and Pipette bundle to fill your lip gloss tubes.
Like any new skill, practice makes progress. Using a syringe for the first time may take some effort and practice. Please reach out to customer support if you experience excessive spilling while filling your lip gloss tubes. This is usually due to one of the following:
- Using the incorrect size pipette - A 1mL pipette should be used with a 30mL syringe.
- Improperly cutting of the pipette - Use the diagram above. Make sure to cut both ends.
- Attaching the pipette to the syringe incorrectly - The pipette should fit snug over the tip of the syringe.
You Get: 4 30mL syringes and 4 1mL pipettes.
* This pipette cannot be used for the Pouch-to-Tube Method.
Our lip gloss is packaged in pouches instead of jars to streamline the syringe filling process.
How to Use MBV Lip Gloss Syringe & Pipette (Use diagram in pictures):
Cut & Tape Pipette to Lip Gloss Syringe: Carefully cut off the pointed tip and bubble end of the pipette. Then, attach the straw-like section to the tip of the syringe for a snug fit. When using larger syringes you may need to secure the pipette with tape. TIP: Cover the black ink measurements on the syringe with tape to avoid smudging. If your hands become oily, the ink may transfer onto your gloves. If you have trouble keeping the pipette attached to the syringe, clean both the tip and attachment area with alcohol and try reattaching them.
