INSTRUCTIONS: ADD CHARMS TO LIP GLOSS
- Fill your tubes halfway with lip gloss.
- Add a few charms.
- Add more lip gloss.
- Insert stopper & wand.
- Use wand to distribute charms.

INSTRUCTIONS: HOW TO USE THE POUCH-TO-TUBE METHOD

First - cut the skinny tip of the pipette and half of the bubble side of the pipette. *Make sure to cut straight across.
- Second - attach the bubble side of the pipette over the opening of the bulk lip gloss pouch. Puch down as far as possible.

Third - fill your lip gloss tubes in seconds!
