Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS 

• Returns accepted for 30 days after delivery.
  
• Customer provides return shipping.
  
• 20% restocking fee on all returns.
• No final sale items.
• All customizing supplies and custom products are final sale.
  
• We suggest that you use tracked shipping on returns to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

CANCEL ORDER

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours and before they are shipped. 
  
• Orders canceled after 24 hours will inquire a 20% restock fee.
  
• Orders can't be canceled after shipping.
• Final sale items and custom printed items can’t be cancelled and are non-refundable.
  
• If your order has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
  

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT 

• Contact us within 7 business days. 
  
• Email us pictures of everything you received, including the shipping box. 
  
• Include the order number and the missing product name.
  
• A return label will be sent for you to return the wrong item.
  
• Once that item is received a replacement will be sent if available. 
  
• If the product is not available, a store credit will be issued. 
  
• Void after 7 business days. 

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING

Report any damages to your mail carrier immediately and ask to file an insurance claim. More information on shipping can be found here: Shipping Policy

ITEMS SENT DAMAGED

• Contact us before using any products.
  
• Email us pictures of everything you received and the package it arrived in. Include the order number, and the damaged product name.
  
• If we are able to confirm that the order was not damaged during shipping, a return label will be sent for you to return the damaged item.
  
• Once that item is received a replacement will be sent.
• If the product is not available a store credit will be issued.

MISSING ITEMS

• If an order appears to be missing items, contact us before using any products and within 7 business days. 
  
• Email us pictures of everything you received, including the packaging your items arrived in. Make sure to include the order number, and the missing product name.
  
• *Missing items will only be replaced if the products have not been used. Once a product has been used, we can't rule out that the missing item was not lost or accidentally thrown away. Replacements will need to be purchased. 
  
  

ORDERS CANCELED BY MBV 

Once we issue your refund, it may take up to 7-14 business days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
